The weekend is planned to help you experience God’s transforming grace through His Word that is rooted in truth.

We ask you to consider putting away your cell phone and other electronic devices during the weekend to allow you to focus on what God has for you. 

Reflect on your reasons for coming to the weekend. Come with an open heart and mind, welcoming whatever God has for you. This reflection and intentionality will help you prepare your heart, mind, and spirit to get the most from this experience. 

The weekend is a time of spiritual discovery — about yourself, your relationship with God, as well as other key relationships in your life.

Several scriptures can help you prepare.

Colossians 1:27 NIV To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

2 Corinthians 10:5 NIV We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

2 Timothy 1:7 KJV For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

The entire weekend is designed to help you to connect to the truth about who you are in Christ and to have a deeper awareness of His presence and love.

We are praying that God will bless you and give you exactly what you need.

It’s important that you confirm that you arrive on site on time for the beginning of the retreat. Start time is Friday 4 p.m. CST.

Please bring toiletries, a water bottle, comfortable clothing for the season, and a comfortable pair of shoes, including at least one pair of close-toed shoes.  Bring a notebook or journal and a pen. All bedding and bath linens are provided.

Follow Up Groups: You will have the opportunity to be involved with a private Facebook Group that Sue is the administrator. This group is focused on helping you to continue your journey with God and be in fellowship with other women.

The registration fee includes the cost of lodging and five meals – one meal on Friday evening, three meals on Saturday and one on Sunday. 

Refund Policy:

All registrations must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event.

A $50.00 Non-Refundable deposit is included in  registration if any cancellation happens.

If Metigoshe Ministries is not permitted to host an event due to legal reasons or restrictions imposed through Executive Order, Local Health Department Order, or any similar legal restriction or circumstance of similar effect, Sue L. Hamilton dba Live4One Enterprise will retain the deposit. The deposit may be transferred toward ANY future event. Additional fees paid may be requested as a refund or assigned to the scholarship fund to bless others. In all other circumstances, the policy outlined above will apply.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel within 3 weeks of the event, your registration fee will be moved to another weekend. There are no refunds given in the last 3 weeks. If you cancel before the 3-week deadline, your registration fee (minus credit card fees) will be refunded.

The retreat begins at 4:00 p.m. Friday and ends at 11:00 a.m. Sunday.

Friday: 4 p.m. - Retreat begins, free time until dinner

6 p.m. - 9 p.m. - Dinner, all group gathering, fellowship

Saturday: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. sessions, free time, guided activities, food, and fellowship

Sunday: 8 a.m. - All group farewell

9:30 a.m. - Chapel church optional

11 a.m. - checkout

The registration fee includes the cost of lodging and five meals – one meal on Friday evening, three meals on Saturday. Late arrivals and early departures are not suggested as the entire time is prepared for you.
